Aww, Poor Lucy

We are joining Comedy Plus with much thanks for hosting Awww Mondays.

A quick forward from the Mom. Lucy was caught eating poop out in the yard in the morning. Later in the afternoon there were very stinky, steamy brown puddles throughout the house to be cleaned up. My money was on Lucy. Then she urgently signaled she had to go out and my suspicions were confirmed. To give her digestive system a rest, she had to go help her Dad do his video work while her sister got fed.

  7. Yes, my Mom has been meaning to take me to the vet to get that all done, especially since I am on the raw diet (yummy). Of course, I also think poop is yummy (eww). So what do I know? XOX Lucy

    LadyMew had to get Bogart Sam her Husky-Shepherd man doggie bloodwerk an THE Vet’ss figured out what hee needed fore vitaminss an hee tooked them efurry day an hee stopped eatin THE poop (eeewww!)
    Deerest Lucy pleese do not eat that stuff; it can make you icky sicky. Mee hopess you can get tested fore sum vitaminss to hlep you to not eat THE you know…feel bettur soon!!

  24. Oh no, Lu. That was a very bad idea. Always leave the poop for your parents. Feel better soon. I see some rice, pumpkin, and boiled chicken in your future.

  36. Goodness. You poor thing. You’re adorable though. Eating poop makes you have issues and the peeps have to clean that up.

  37. and once they eat it they will never stop. I had to follow baby around and pick up her poop as it fell for many years. Jake would eat it as it came out. now we do the same thing for Beau, watch until it drops and pick it up. with Jake we tried pepper on the poop and some evil stuff the vet gave us and nothing stopped him. our vet said about Beau, the only way to stop it is pick it up. it is giving us excecise because we follow him every where he goes. that said, neither dog ever got sick from it though. Maybe Lucy will know what made her feel bad and not doing it again. hope so
