Hangin’ Round by Chia
Mom, there’s a boy hangin’ round.
Wish he’d do it without sound.
Please come get him down
And then take him to the pound.

Chia: I’m thankful that we don’t really have any little kids hangin’ round. They get on my nerves.
Xena: I’m thankful that Mommy has designated me as the Tuesday Church Dog. I just have to remember to 1. Don’t bark, 2. Don’t growl, 3. Wag a lot and then run to get a treat!
And, as always, we’re thankful to both Brian for hosting Brian’s Thankful Thursday and to Angel Sammy for the fun picture this week.
Thanks! Mom thought it was time for a change.

In other words, the kid looks like a rat?

You didn’t want to hang together so you hung separately.

I only share my toys when Riley grabs the other end and we play tug of war. When he wins, I wait for my first chance to snatch it back from him! After all, it IS my toy! But thanks for the thought, Elsa! XOXOXOX Chia

Wishing you all loads of treats for no growling or barking. Elsa encourages Chia to share her toys more. Then she can receive treats too.

Chia, I am with you on no kids around, they are way to noisy and when they get up to shennigans, they can’t be put in a crate with a dog bed in it. HA HA

No worries Chia – this kid on the “line” won’t be able to take anyone’s toys – even his own – until Mom turns him loose!! Good job with poetry today my friend! 🙂
