Angel Lexi: Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day

Those of you who have been following this blog for years will remember this post from a previous Remembrance Day. For our newer friends, Angel Lexi was – and still is – my heart dog. She was not affectionate with me, but looked to me to be her “agent,” her “chauffeur,” and “enabler” but in a good way. I was thrilled to be all those things. I hope you enjoy this short review of her amazing life.

From puppy hood to adult hood,Lexi’s gifts and  joy of life shone through.

She could separate the different roles in her life to behave accordingly. She loved to bring smiles to people of all ages. On stage, which was her favorite place to be,

and at the children’s hospital, her second favorite place.

And sometimes it was just dance time.

We love you always, my precious girl, and honor you for fulfilling your mission in life: to bring joy to others.

Many thanks to Ann at Zoolatry for sharing her lovely badge acknowledging this day.

  2. Lexi, I didn’t get to know you, though I wish I had, as you were so very special … but today I have remembered your brother Riley as he was quite “a boy” and special, too! Blessings to you both, you sweet angels.

  3. Lexi you were the first Pup I ever knew who was a dancer and star of the stage.

We have a special place in our heart for your role as Toto. That was the name of our first pet.
