Chia: Thanks to The Cat on My Head for hosting Sunday selfies!
Xena: Hi friends. I want to thank y’all for all the nice things about how beautiful I looked in my new yellow flower cone. I was liking it better and better every day. And it’s so sunny and warm outside, I asked Mommy to take a picture of me for my Sunday selfie.

Then…then Mommy took it off me to do another selfie.

I think I posed pretty here. I was wondering if my friends would think I was more beautiful with or without the yellow flower ring when something unexpected happend. Mommy put me in “baby hold” and took a picture of my tummy.

Yep, she figured out the flower around my neck was decorative only. So now…

…wishing all my good friends and my new friends and, well, eveyone a cone-free Sunday (unless it’s an ice cream cone, of course).
Yay…that’s great news!

I’m so sorry little one. Allergies are miserable. We hope the hard cone does the trick and your skin heals quickly without the benefit of dog saliva. 😉

excellent photos all of them and you look adorable with or without cone/flower… you have a precious face and I hope your itchies go away soon. I saw Olewo Beets for itchies today, meezer said she uses Olewo Carrots, all from Germany for firming the stool and I saw the beet when looking at it on Amazon

Poor Xena!!! That nasty leaf debris/pollen is giving you an awful itchy looking belly. So sorry you’re back to the cone. But if it helps you heal faster you could call it the “cone of glory,” right? 🤣

Those itchies are so naughty to you, Xena. We hope that soon they will go a way and your belly will heal up so those cones can be taken off.
Too bad that big flower didn’t work…it looked so cute on you! A real live sunflower in wintertime!

Java Bean: “Ayyy, well, being a flower was nice while it lasted, right Xena? At least you don’t have to worry about any pesky hummingbirds coming around.”
Charlee: “I would love to have pesky hummingbirds coming around. Just saying.”

Oh no … you looked so cute as a flower. Now you look like a satellite dish. We are so sorry. When Calista Jo needed a cone, our mom made her one from socks. It looked like a big donut. C.J., of course, eventually learned to take it off. POTP that you will soon be able to rid yourself of that thing. Thanks for hopping with us! Aw, rats. At least, I’m sure that is your view. Anyway, you look great with or without the flower. The other cone will go away soon, so don’t worry about it too much.

Well Xena, what can I say……if only you had cooperated with the flower situation you wouldn’t now be the cutest ice cream cone we’ve ever seen!!!!! At any rate, hopefully the itchies will STOP and you can be coneless and flowerless again!!!!!
Love and Hugs, Teddy

I’m so sorry to hear the flower didn’t work to keep you from licking where you aren’t supposed to, Xena. My paws are crossed that the ichies leave you soon.
