Thanks to Comedy Plus for hosting Awww Mondays!
Xena: Fritz stayed with us yesterday. He wouldn’t leave me alone. Thankfully, he hasn’t figured out how to use the doggie door. This is me, checking on where he is and what he’s doing before I go out into the dog lot with Lucy.

You might wonder what that green thing is on my collar. Well, it’s an all natural, essential oil, flea, tick and mosquito repellant. And it works! Last weekend Mom: 2 ticks. Me, Lucy and Chia: 0 ticks. Yep, it works!
Happy Monday! Xena, Tick-less Schnauzer Princess

That looks like a great remedy. Do you have a link for those and where did you get it? I found a tick on Wilson last week and nearly had a heart attack. Creepy things are those doggone ticks! We never had to worry about them when we lived in the city but with the dry grasses along the Ralston Creek Trail, I guess they’re just looking for victims.

Puppies can wear you out for sure. You’re looking most beautiful. Yay on the collar. As long as it works. Excellent.

Charlee: “That’s some good looking out, Xena. I do that too when there are people over and I have to see if the coast is clear to go into the living room. Fortunately people aren’t over very often.”
Lulu: “Our Mama and Dada hate tick season! Besides finding them on us dogs once in a while, Dada has found them crawling in his ear and on his leg and in other places he would rather not talk about … Fortunately they have never gotten attached to him, but still, it skeeves him out!”
