Chia: First, thanks to Brian for hosting Brian’s Thankful Thursday! And I am thankful to Angel Sammy for the fun picture this week, too.

Who are you, you little fox
With freckled nose and cute white sox?
D’you come to bite or steal my food?
You gonna be here, you better be good!
Not a fox am I, said she,
I’m just a little dog, you see,
Who got real lost in these deep woods
And now need shelter, heat and foods.
My trailer’s small, built just for one…
I think you’ll fit, you look like fun
So first we’ll eat some fish and fruit
Then get some sleep…you’re awfully cute!
Then when the early morning comes
Will you please take me home to Mom?
I love with all my heart to run
But losing Mom is never fun.
I’ll take you home to Mom, sweet pup.
But now I’d like to pick you up
And hold you so you’re not afraid.
Tomorrow you’ll be home again.
Chia: I am real thankful that I have a great Mom and Dad who love me and helped me to be a better pup. Every time brother Andrew and his girlfriend Jentry come over they comment on how changed I am and how good I am. They love me now, too! *wags all over*
I’m not surprised!

Chia: If me and Xena sat on our folks’ laps, we could squeeze in Lucy and Riley, too.
Xena: But then there wouldn’t be room for our food.
Chia: You’re right, Miss Sandra, we’d need a much bigger camper!

Of course you’re a good pup, even when you do naughty things. You’re in exactly the right place to learn.
Love and licks,

Great job with the poem, sweet Chia. I knew you’d start to win folks over-your mom is a great and loving trainer and no doubt made a huge difference in how you’re behaving.
