Chia’s Poem and AI on Thankful Thursday

First, thanks to Angel Brian for hosting Thankful Thursday as well as Angel Sammy for the fun pictures every week. 

So, Mom did one of those AI things, telling it to do a rat terrier/Jack Russell mix. Not bad, huh? But she forgot the daschund part of me. And the freckles, BOL!

So, since it’s still my birthday month, I get to do the poem again. Hope you like it!

My Emotional Support Baby by Chia
It was bathtime again, I hate it so much!
I shake and I fight and don’t want to be touched!
Mom got me a baby to help me to cope.
I settled down even when covered with soap.

I think this might work! But do I have to share
My food or my bed or the comb for my hair?
I think this will work; I can lick his small hands.
And play with his toes. Oh! I’ve got some fun plans!

I hope you like my poem. *whole body wags* But I still don’t think I would like getting my bath.

I am so thankful I don’t have to get a bath very often like Xena, who gets one every weekend. She told me she is almost human; she has hair and skin like people, and, like people, has to get washed up lots more often than me with my dog hair. Hmph. I’ll take my dog hair any old day if it means fewer baths!

  16. Pawsome poetry, birthday girl! Both Elsa and Wilson are so jealous of your bath infrequencies. Elsa totally despises them and Wilson is a 90 lb. reluctant wimp when it comes to baths. Once he starts hospital visits; he’ll need a bath whenever he goes. Yike! Better make sure I have an affordable plumber on call to clear the pipes! LOL

  23. A bath with a baby! how cool is that. love your poem and I can tell you that is one cute AI pup but you are the winner by a mile. no one can out cute you. I love your freckles a lot.. Beau is really hard to dry, Jake was like skin, just wipe him down. the other dogs were hard to Dry off. and a whole lot more area to dry than yours..

  24. Chia! An emotional support baby is an eggcellent idea – you can keep each other happy in the tub (or sink). You did a fabulous job with the poem – it makes us smile BIG. As for the AI – good job as it really looks very similar to you BUT you are still 1000% cuter no matter what!
