Hello! Ace Reporter Lucy here with a new groom for your reading and viewing pleasure. Today I would like to share with you an amazing transformation of a shih tzu who only gets groomed two times a year.

Coco is a very nice and good girl. She came to us looking like this.

Groomer Mom needed to wash her first, but knew that she’d never get all those mats dry enough to shave if she did. So she got started and, made good progress. Here is Coco with most of the shaving part done. Lots of hair had already hit the waste basket.

G. Mom would have never gotten through this without Coco’s cooperation. She seemed to know G. Mom was trying to help her. Finally, after everything was off or trimmed and bathed and dry, Coco was like a new pup.

Just look at those beautiful big eyes! Groomer Mom had a talk with Coco’s Mom about bringing her more often. We kind of doubt that’s going to happen, though.
Lucy, Ace Reporter, signing off with another successful groom.
Ahhhh wee so sorry fore Cocco’s Meowmy. Wee understand…wee sorry….

Java Bean: “From mop-top to muppet! You are such a cute girl, Coco! I hope your Mama starts bringing you more often so you don’t have to get such an intensive treatment next time!”

We can hope, but Coco’s mom explained that she’s taking care of her sick mother and neither of them have much in the way of spending money. So G. Mom said even one more time a year… XOX Lucy

The lady doesn’t have much $ and Groomer Mom worries she won’t bring Coco at all if she charges more. So she does it for the dog. XOX Lucy

Mommy grooms me every month too, whether I need it or not. (She always says I do, Daddy says she’s obsessed, whatever that means.)

Coco look so good after her grooming. Our paws are crossed that her mom will listen and bring her back more often. If not we hope your mom charges extra for all the extra work it takes.

Poor Coco, having the body covered with matted fur must be painful. After grooming she looks cute, as she should look always.

WOW…..poor Coco – no doubt she was NOT comfy being such a mess but she sure “cleans up well” and is a precious and adorable pup. Hopefully her Mom will not allow her to get so messed up again…….
