If you love cheese, raise your paw. Or hoof. Or claw. Or fin. We all love cheese. Today’s Tip from Lexi is “How to get (more) cheese.”

- Whine
- Your peep says, “Do you want a little cheese with that whine?”
- Say, “Yes, please.”
- Enjoy
That’s how I started getting my cheese on a regular basis.

Yes, Ruby, whine loud and long until you get the cheese and crackers to go with it. Persistence is the key. 🙂

The other Scotties would eat the extras and leave the kibble. They can stage a food strike and I will win.

Try a food strike. That usually works. I have moved on from kibble to just the “extras.” Of course, I don’t recommend how that happened!

You are lucky to get extras. Mom only gives us veggies or fruit. She said that she had so many spoiled Scotties that had to have extras in their food and would not eat without the extras. Sid was the first to get no extras in his food. Shelby and Sophie do not get anything extra in their bowls either.

I am a good whiner. I don’t do it often but when I do, Mom says it’s totally pathetic.

Yes. Sometimes you have to whine a while before you get the desired response. I know you are up to it, boyfriend!
