Today we are celebrating Dr. Seuss. We took a vote. Chia, don’t interrupt me because you weren’t there when we voted. We’re going to ask Angel Sammy to help us today. Sammy joined the family in 1992 as a friend and companion to Mommy’s first schnauzer, Freda.
Angel Sammy used to love to go pontoon boating on the Tennessee River with Mommy. He would jump in the water and swim to a nearby island to play for a while. He always waited until he knew Mommy was looking at him before he started swimming back out to the boat. Then she would lift him back in. OK Angel Sammy, whatcha got?
Wishing everyone a happy Dr. Seuss type week.
This says, “Today you are you that is truer than true. There is no one alive that is youer than you. ~Dr Seuss” Sometimes it seems like everyone wants me to be someone else. Or at least it feels that way, and I end up trying to please everyone. That usually doesn’t make everyone happy, especially not me. I think I will just be me, and love everybody for who they really are, too. Will you be my friend today?
But sometimes you just have to shut your eyes and hope you don’t miss any food.
